Cosmorenda is a private practice. Confidentiality is not a policy preference — it is structural to how the work operates. Client identities, situations, and outcomes are never shared, referenced, sold, or used for any purpose beyond the direct engagement. This commitment applies permanently — not merely during the active engagement period.
Information We Collect
When you submit through the Begin Your Alignment form, we collect your name, email address, and the situation information you choose to share. This information is used exclusively to prepare for your qualifying conversation and, if applicable, your diagnostic engagement. We do not collect payment information directly — all transactions are handled through secure third-party payment processors.
How Your Information Is Used
Information you submit is used only for: (1) Komal's personal review of your situation; (2) communication related to your potential or active engagement; and (3) the delivery of your engagement, including the Alignment Report and Activation Plan. It is not used for marketing, outreach, or any purpose beyond your direct engagement.
Storage and Retention
Engagement records are retained for the minimum period necessary for professional practice purposes. Submissions that do not proceed to an engagement are deleted within 90 days. All records are stored securely and accessible only to Komal Sabharwal.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share client information with any third party — under any circumstances. The only exception would be if legally compelled to do so by a court order or regulatory authority, in which case we would inform you to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Cookies and Analytics
The Cosmorenda website may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors navigate the site. These tools collect anonymised, aggregated data only — no personal information is collected through cookies without your explicit consent.
Your Rights
