Find Your Way

I am building something that matters.

You are making something, a venture, a body of work, a life, and it asks everything of you. The numbers, the people, the weight of it resting on your judgment. Some days it moves. Some days it drags, for reasons no spreadsheet explains, and you carry it mostly alone.

Underneath the practical work is a truth builders learn late. The intangible shape of the thing, its name, its timing, the ground it stands on, the alignment of the one building it, is as real as its balance sheet, and it can carry you or hold you back.

A business, like a person, has a shape, and the shape can be read and set right so the whole of it pulls one way. The one building it does not have to keep carrying the invisible part alone.
